We all know the things that are harming us in our daily lives. Admit it, Quit it, Forge it. - Dr.Jim

Get the strength you need to kick these habits out of your life by having faith that after you rid yourself of them things will start to look up because They Will.

Start by Admitting it. This is probably the hardest step since many times we blindfold ourselves because this sort of behavior may make us feel better for a bit, but you must realize that it is only holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Make the decision to Quit it. Make your mind up to say 'this is it!' I will not tolerate this kind of behavior from myself any longer. You are the one who makes your own decisions and you are the only one who can decide to quit any negative behavior. The people who truly love you will be there for you to help you along the way :)

And then Forget it. This will take some time to do since we are creatures of habit. Once a habit is created it is hard to just stop but You Can Do It! You are stronger than whatever it is you are trying to Overcome. Keep Your Faith Alive and You Will Succeed, even if it takes a couple of tries. If you fall down, get right back up and know that by overcoming this you will live a healthier happier life <3
