A self-accepting mind in an imperfect body translates to one wonderful day at the beach. - Alan Cohen

Hey Beauties, we All have our own personal flaws and insecurities. Everyone has something about themselves they don't feel comfortable with and that's okay because No Body is perfect. It's best to learn to accept these flaws and not point them out since that will only bring more attention to them. Learn to love yourself as you are. Most people don't even notice these but they do notice the way you carry yourself. If  you walk around with your head held high full of confidence that says I Love Myself even with my flaws and that's attractive ! But of course time at the gym along with healthy eating habits will help boost that confidence and keep those well needed endorphins flowing :)

"Great opportunities are not seen with your eyes. They are seen with your mind." Kiyosaki

Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way. Also, build some in your mind, make a plan to achieve them, which will require work and time and begin the process. Think about it constantly, picture what it will be like when it's all come to life and capture that feeling. Your mind is a strong tool whose power you need to accomplish your goals.

A great suggestion is to Read or Watch "The Secret." It will give you insight into how the mind works and provide clear and scientific examples of the power of the mind.

TIME HELPS, TIME HEALS, TIME CLARIFIES.

You can't expect to get over someone or something you cared about so much, so fast. We are humans and experience many different emotions though out our day and even though we'd love to move on with a snap of a finger, it just doesn't work that way. It's a process where you will feel hurt more than once, twice, or three times. Bonding with people or ideas/goals takes time and getting over them (when you realize they are no longer worth holding on to) does too. Be patient with yourself, allow yourself to do things you enjoy doing, spoil yourself. Eat your favorite food, play your favorite music, hang out with your favorite people and you will get a quick 'lift me up.' Xoxo

Had to throw this one in there ha-ha
