Lets talk about feelings ... 


So choose your feelings wisely. I know at times that's almost impossible to do but in reality what you concentrate most on will grow. If you entertain bad feelings such as anger, shame, fear all day, then guess how you're going to feel ... sad, lonely and depressed. Try your best to replace those with Joy, Bliss, Fun and of course LOVE. 

Buddha totally knew what he was talking about here. Holding on to grudges will only affect you in the long run because carrying all that anger around is such a huge burden! We've all been wronged at some point and have also been the villain in the story but in the end what matters is learning and letting go of all of that. Forgive others and most importantly forgive yourself because that will give so much light to your life. If you don't do it for yourself... do it for your health :)
