Bad habits cause failure. Identify the habits holding you back and make a decision to crush them. the mentally tough mind is like a flourishing garden, and bad habits are the weeds that suffocate it. Watering the flowers without killing the weeds is an act of self-delusion. - Steve Seibold

Amen to that!

If we keep at it with our bad habits it will keep blocking our path into a better and more positive future. We have to learn to let go of the things causing us harm and clear those 'weeds' that are blocking us from obtaining that. It's a process and it will take some time. Be patient with yourself we are only Human <3

  1. I love this quote as well, I always get stuck on the part about watering the flowers and the weeds and it being self delusional? Do you know what he means here?
Cheers and I love your BLOG and what a wonderful way to reach out and help others while doing this.

    1. Hi Mezza,

Thank you so much! Means a lot for me to hear this.

In my opinion it's an act of self delusion because even though you are growing the good parts of your life, like confidence&trust in others, if you also continue to grow the bad things that are harming you, such as addictions or self criticism, then you are defeating the purpose.

      Hope that helps explain it.
      Cheers :)
