Remember Gratitude = Happiness 
To sum it up, practice it and let me know what starts happening in your life. When I was in a dark place I began to write 5 things I was grateful for each morning, some days were easier than others to come up with things but eventually that list began to grow. Now every time I feel myself falling I do this exercise to lift me back up. You don't realize how blessed you are when you keep letting your negative thoughts control your life. Take control now & start today.
