I believe it to be true, going a little crazy usually leads to having serious reality checks which you can then learn from and try to avoid the next time around. They are like blessings in disguise, I guess you can say since at the moment of the incident you just want to Die! ha-ha But later you realize life goes on and all you can do is learn from that experience and become wiser. Going a little crazy can be a liberating experience and mind as well do it when you're young ;)
