I’m starting this blog in the hope of helping those of you who may suffer from low self-esteem. Growing up I was pretty much a tomboy, I had an older brother who I looked up to and wanted to be like, this led me to have the worse fashion sense ever! I was the ugly duck who with some tools and practice, became a beautiful swan :) Ever since I gained my self-confidence I’ve helped many of my gf’s who may be struggling with a low self-image and now I’d like to help you! This issue is close to my heart because I see so many women who struggle with their self-esteem and are stuck in a vicious cycle because of it. I am not an expert and I myself struggle with it at times but I have read a lot on the topic and know how to break myself out of it. I will give you all my personal knowledge on the issue as well as many tools to overcome this well spread ‘disease.’ I like to refer to it as a type of disease because having a low self image, negatively impacts many aspects of your personal life and in order to live a full life you must first LoveThySelf.
